I'm Steve Peterson. I've been an active real estate buyer since 2002 and focused on MLS-driven sourcing since 2015. I built my software workflow to rank opportunities quickly and consistently so serious buyers can move faster with better information.

That process supported institutional acquisition teams and now powers my work with independent buyers who want disciplined deal flow.
